Founder of the year 2017

An ambitious start-up company from Bergen won «Founder of the year». Humble and thankful, the prominent team received the price.

Standing strong in the final of «Founder of the year» at Bergen Awards 2017, was the start-up companies Nurofy, Ditio and Quantfolio.

Hilde Indresøvde, General Manager at Nyskapingsparken Incubator, handed out the prestige award, and was proud to announce who the winner was.

A crowded Grieghallen witnessed when the founder of the year award went to…Ditio!

Ditio is a profitable construction site through smart documentation of hours, changes and real-time images.

– We are humble and proud. Moreover, we are very thankful for our space in BTO/Nyskapingsparken. It has been, and is still, just positive, said Jacob Christian Døskeland after receiving the award together with daily leader Thor Petter Korsmo.

We congratulate the winners, who attends in our incubator Nyskapingsparken on a daily basis.

Researcher of the Year

Researcher/team of the year went to TheChoiceLab FAIR_CELE (Centre for Experimental Research on Fairness, Inequality and Rationality). FAIR is a Centre of Excellence and was launched in August 2017. FAIR is comprised of two research groups, the Centre for Empirical Labor Economics and The Choice Lab. Congratulations!

Bergen Awards

Bergen awards is arranged by Bergensmagasinet. The purpose is to motivate sustainable development in culture, sport, policy and business for the city and the Bergens region’s best. The award will be given to prominent people, organizations, companies, teams and talents who have excelled in their field of activity for the benefit / pleasure of the mountain region and the mountain people.
