Rights, agreements and distribution of future revenues.

In collaboration with BTO, the research institutions in Bergen have entered into agreements which lay down guidelines for the distribution of possible future revenues. Based on these guidelines, agreements for each separate project are prepared.

BTO has a distinct responsibility for ensuring that the researchers and the research group behind the technology get their rightful share of future revenues.
