Torsten’s main responsibility is business development within the field of life science, including chemistry, biotechnology and medicine. He has earned a Ph.D. in Science from Ruhr University in Bochum. Torsten has extensive postdoctoral research experience in the Max Planck Society. He worked in cancer research and medical visualization before he started a management career in industry. He has also worked in multinational corporations. Torsten joined the BTO team in October 2006 as Business Development Manager.
