Santi has been working as a business analyst at BTO since Fall 2009. Born in Indonesia, she received a bachelor degree in Risk Management and Insurance and a diploma in Marketing Management at the National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan. After graduating, she was working for three years in the marketing research industry in Singapore and Shanghai, China.
Santi has a Master in International Business from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), as well as a Master in International Management from Community of European Management Schools (CEMS). As a part of the CEMS program, she did her exchange semester at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She is now doing a PhD at NHH with Social Network Analysis (SNA), social capital, and knowledge sharing in innovation and technology transfer as her major area of specialty.
