Gunnar came to BTO from a leading position at the personnel and economy department, University of Bergen. Prior to this, Gunnar worked at Norges Bank from 1987 to 1996, where his field of responsibility was entrepreneurship. This department was later established as the Statens nærings- og distriktutviklingsfond, which today is Innovation Norway. Gunnar has a background from the army and worked two years in the Civil Aviation Administration (CAA). In his new position at BTO, Gunnar will be responsible for increasing the efficiency of BTO, and arrange for BTO to provide better service to our researchers, research departments and associated institutions.
