Bjørn came to BTO august 2008 from BCC Holding where he worked as consultant. Prior to this, Bjørn was an entrepreneur and partner at UpSource, a nationwide recruitment bureau. Bjørn has 12 years of experience within the field of consultancy, marketing and business development. He holds a Master of Business Administration from NHH – the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
